Prof. Boris Andrievsky was born in 1949 in Saint Petersburg, Russia. He received his M.Sc. degree in 1972 from the Baltic State Technical University (BSTU, Saint Petersburg), followed by a Ph.D. in Control Engineering in 1979 from BSTU. In 2005, he was awarded the Doctor of Sciences (Sc.D.) degree by the Institute for Problems in Mechanical Engineering of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IPME RAS, Saint Petersburg). Since 1998, he has been with IPME RAS, where he currently serves as a Leading Research Fellow. From 1972 to 2022, he held various academic and research positions at BSTU. Since 2012, he has also been affiliated with the Department of Applied Cybernetics at Saint Petersburg University, where he holds the position of Principal Research Fellow. His research interests include adaptive and variable structure control, control of oscillations, computer-aided control system design, aerospace control applications, control of mechanical systems, and signal processing.

Prof. Nikolay V. Kuznetsov was born in 1979 in Saint Petersburg, Russia. He graduated in 2001 from the Department of Theoretical Cybernetics at Saint Petersburg University, then chaired by V.A. Yakubovich. He received his Candidate of Sciences degree in 2004 under the supervision of G.A. Leonov, and his Doctor of Sciences (Habilitation) degree in 2016, both from Saint Petersburg University. Since 2003, he has been with Saint Petersburg University, where he is currently a tenured Full Professor and Head of the Department of Applied Cybernetics. Since 2018, he has also led the Laboratory of Information and Control Systems at the Institute for Problems in Mechanical Engineering of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Professor Kuznetsov’s research focuses on dynamical systems and applied mathematics. His work combines rigorous analytical techniques with reliable numerical methods, contributing both to the resolution of long-standing fundamental problems and to the advancement of modern engineering technologies. He introduced the concepts of self-excited and hidden attractors, laying the groundwork for the theory of hidden oscillations.

Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received PhD- degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post doctoral research scientist in 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as research assistant, 1975-80, at Dicle University and shifted to Firat University in 1980. He became professor in 1996, and he has been retired due to the age limit of 67, following academic life of 45 years. He published over 80 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 120 conferences and symposia in international and national level as Plenary Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Invited speaker, speaker or Poster presenter. He served the program chair or conference chair/co-chair in some of these activities. In particular, he joined in last six years (2014 - 2019) over 60 conferences as Speaker, Keynote Speaker and Conference Co-Chair organized by different companies in different countries. Additionally, he retired at the end of November 2019, and contributed with Keynote/Plenary Speeches over 230 Virtual/Webinar Conferences, in the coronavirus outbreak and retirement life in five year of his retirement, 2020 and 2024. Dr. Adiguzel served his directorate of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Firat University in 1999-2004. He supervised 5 PhD- theses and 3 M. Sc theses. He is also technical committee member of many conferences. He received a certificate which is being awarded to him and his experimental group in recognition of significant contribution of 2 patterns to the Powder Diffraction File – Release 2000. The ICDD (International Centre for Diffraction Data) also appreciates cooperation of his group and interest in Powder Diffraction File. Scientific fields of Dr. Adiguzel: Shape memory effect and displacive phase transformations in shape memory alloys and other alloys, molecular dynamics simulations, alloy modeling, electron microscopy, electron diffraction, x-ray diffraction and crystallography.

Prof. Xiufang Ren is currently hold the position of Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Nanjing Agricultural University in China, and concurrently serve as a part-time Research Fellow at INTI International University in Malaysia. Her research interest is applying differential equations and dynamical systems in Biology, Physics, Engineering, Mechanics, Computer Science, etc, including quasi-periodic solutions of partial differential equations, difference equations and functional differential equations; reducibility of quasi-periodic dynamical systems; quasi-periodic bifurcation phenomenon; difference equation and its algorithm implementation.

Dr. Syed Hamid Hussain Madni is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Electronic and Computer Science, University of Southampton Malaysia. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and brings over 15 years of academic experience, actively teaching and mentoring both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Dr. Madni has published over 40 ISI/Scopus-indexed research articles with a cumulative impact factor of 42+, an H-index of 16 and an i10-index of 20. His research interests span a wide array of contemporary domains, including Computer Networks, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), Industrial IoT, Big Data, Cybersecurity, E-Learning, E Health, Blockchain and Information Systems. He has successfully led and collaborated on more than 20 national and international research projects, and has secured over 8 research grants in partnership with institutions in Malaysia, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. His work consistently bridges academic innovation with industry needs to solve real-world challenges. Dr. Madni is an active contributor to the global academic community, serving as a reviewer, editorial board member and session chair for several international journals and conferences. He frequently delivers keynote speeches and expert talks at international platforms including universities and forums in Pakistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Malaysia. He has also organized numerous workshops, seminars, and academic events through associations such as SPS, PGSS-SC UTM, ISS-Pak ISC UTM, UTM International, Elite Global Excellence and Connecting Asia.
