Ping Liu is a professor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering and the Institute of Materials Science in South China University of Technology (SCUT).He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Sun Yat-sen University in 1986 and 1991, respectively, and his Ph.D. degree in Materials chemistry from Osaka University in Japan in 2000.He joined the Institute of Materials Science, South China University of Technology (SCUT) in1991, and became a full professor in 2005.His research focuses on organic/polymer functional materials, including: organic/polymer optoelectronic materials and devices, organic/polymer flame retardant and flame retardant materials, adhesives for automotive, pressure sensitive adhesives for power batteries, etc.

Ahmed Hegazi is currently a Professor of Microbiology and Immunology at the National Research Center, Egypt. Prof. Hegazi received his master’s degree in 1979, and his PhD in 1981. Hegazi's research work has been focused lately on bee products and their therapeutic effects. Oleg V. Gradov is a Senior Researcher at the Semenov Institute of Chemical Physics (Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow), working in the Department of Chemical and Biological Processes Dynamics (CHEMBIO). He is the author of 200 journal papers. His recent grants include: “Development of the novel physical methods for complex biomedical diagnostics based on position-sensitive mapping with the angular resolution at the tissue and cellular levels using analytical labs-on-a-chip” (RFBR 16-32-00914) and “Lab-on-a-chip development for personalized diagnostics” (FASIE 0019125), "Ferroelectric polymers for biomedical engineering" (RFBR 20-12-50344). Dr. Roopa A.K. has been an Assistant Professor at KLE Technological University, India for the last 8 years. She completed her PhD in the area of development of cement-based Nano composite sensors for structural health monitoring applications from KLE Technological University in 2023. She had completed a Master of Technology in Structural Engineering by securing a Gold medal. She has explored her research areas in the self-sensing cement-based nanocomposite for structural health monitoring applications. She has expanded her research areas to molecular dynamic simulation, FEA Analysis, 3D printing, IoT, and machine learning-based applications, to monitor the self-sensing composites. She has published more than 15 technical papers in journals, and national and international conferences. She has filed two patents and one patent is granted for 20 years. She has also filed the patent entitled Nano ceramic coating for cement composites She is the co-author of “Introduction to Civil Engineering” textbooks. She has also filed a patent entitled Nano ceramic coating for cement composites. She has trained many young undergraduate students by imparting experiential learning in her course delivery. She has also been involved in administrative work as Head of PG Coordinator. She has guided more than 40 UG/PG students for final-year projects. Dr. Zahid Iqbal Khan is an accomplished researcher specializing in polymer recycling, biodegradable materials, and hybrid nanocomposites with a focus on sustainability. Currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Dr. Khan has led impactful research projects on recycled polymer blends, nanocomposites, hybrid nanocomposites, and CO2 adsorption materials, contributing significantly to sustainable engineering and circular economy practices. His expertise spans the synthesis and characterization of advanced polymeric materials, including CO2 capture technologies and renewable resources. Dr. Khan has managed research projects worth over RM 500,000 and has authored more than 16 peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals. Skilled in mechanical, thermal, and rheological analysis, he applies advanced manufacturing techniques, including extrusion and injection molding, to develop environmentally friendly materials. Recognized for his contributions to polymer science, Dr. Khan serves as a reviewer and advisory board member for international journals and conferences, actively supporting knowledge exchange and innovation in sustainable materials science
