He joined GE (formerly ESCA) as a power system engineer developing online dynamic security assessment and energy management solutions in 1991. From 1995 to 2008, he held various technical lead and management positions responsible for the design and implementation of many leading energy and transmission markets worldwide including Transpower (New Zealand), Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), ISO New England, PJM, ERCOT, and Midcontinent ISO. In 2008, he became the R&D Director of Market Management Systems managing a worldwide engineering group to research, develop, and maintain market management products and related smart grid solutions. From 2015 to 2024, he has been the Director and CTO of Global Market Management Solutions (MMS) of GE Grid Software Solutions responsible for managing the overall worldwide businesses and product solutions for MMS. He is currently the CEO of KC-Exousia Consulting providing independent consulting services to utilities and governments around the world in grid modernization, control, and electricity market design and implementation. Dr. Cheung has authored and co-authored over 120 technical papers published in international journals and conference proceedings. Dr. Cheung is a registered Professional Engineer of the State of Washington, a Senior Fellow of GE, a Fellow of the IEEE, and a Member of National Academy of Engineering.

Dr Stuart So is a faculty member at the University of Exeter Business School and the Programme Director for BSc Business Analytics and MSc Business Analytics. His research includes clean energy, sustainability and climate change mitigation on the Operations Management (OM) side, and sentiment analysis and sustainability modelling underpinned by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and environmental analytics on the Data Science side. Stuart received his doctorate from Macquarie University and completed his fellowship at the City University of Hong Kong. Stuart has published over 50 research articles in major peer-reviewed journals and conferences. In December 2023, Prune Bokobza “Prue” was appointed coordinator for the newly launched French-Australian Centre for Energy Transition (FACET), supported by the French Foreign Affairs Ministry and DFAT. A graduate of the Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) in Paris, she moved to Melbourne in April 2022 after working on decarbonization and energy policies at the CEA research and innovation center at the Embassy of France in Japan. In Australia, Prue initially focused on developing French-Australian cooperation in hydrogen and renewable energy, facilitating connections between stakeholders, and fostering collaborations on production and supply chain development projects. She is also involved in the French startup ecosystem, "La French Tech Australia," with a focus on GreenTech.

Prof. Hanshen Li received his B.S.E. degree in Electric Power Engineering and Automation from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), Shanghai, China, and the M.E. degree in Information, Production and Systems Engineering from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan, and M.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from SJTU, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering in North China Electric Power University (NCEPU), Beijing, China. With 14 years of professional experience in the renewable energy and environmental sectors. He has completed his Doctorate of Business Administration from Curtin University, focusing on "Transition towards Solar Energy Storage: A Multilevel Perspective." Margaret Chilinda, Environmental Researcher I have a Bachelor’s of science degree in Natural Resource Management. At the moment, I am working as a researcher at Re-Earth Initiative, a mentee of Women in Green Hydrogen and also a youth representative with Oxford Net Zero formulating standards for net zero transitions in corporate world in an equity and just way. I co-founded Tilipo Youth for Mental and Menstrual Health, was an IRENA youth delegate in 2024 and involved in GYBN, SDG7 youth constituency as well as YOUNGO. My research areas are environmental assessments, biodiversity conservation and renewable energy. Combined with technical skills in geospatial tools like ArcGIS and QGIS plus drone technology, I want to be able to develop innovative solutions that build resilience in communities.

At a reputable government university in Sri Lanka, Mr. Suresh Aluvihara earned a first degree in Earth Science, Mineral Science, Water Science, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. Subsequently, he finished his master's degree studies in the fields of environmental and pollution control engineering, water treatments, air pollution control, and materials engineering at the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering, University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka.
